CM Industries’ Anti-Spatter is a water-soluble, non toxic compound developed to prolong the life of your consumables and reducing the need for downtime. The accumulation of spatter on nozzles and tips can lead to poor gas coverage resulting in poor welds. Preventing spatter build-up will increase weld quality and reduce costly downtime. By prolonging the life of your consumables and reducing the need for downtime, CM Industries’ Anti-Spatter can help to reduce your operating and maintenance costs.
What to Expect:
When Exposed to heat, CM Industries’ Anti-spatter compound creates a protective barrier around the nozzle. Spatter sticks to this barrier and breaks away, leaving the consumables clean.
